Jason Kao, CEO
Jason is a Naval Architect, with over 20 years of hands on experience of design, engineering and manufacturing of all types of vessels. Jason has more than 12 years experience as a project manager for Hargrave at the Kha Shing shipyard, where he also oversaw the construction of Trader branded yachts. Jason has also been employed by Oviatt Marine to oversee the production of Grand Alaskan boats, and he has worked as a builder for Marlow Explorer Yachts. His vast experience in naval architecture and construction includes yachts, trawlers and sport fishing boats of all types. Jason designed the new Regency 670, and the New Ocean models. Zheng Chien-Hsin, President
Zheng has more than 25 years experience in fairing and mold making. Zheng also owns a fairing company with over 100 skilled workers, and performs fairing work for New Ocean Yachts, Hargrave and Horizon. He is known for his intergrity and precision work, by far the most superior fairing work in the Taiwanese boat building industry. Zheng is constantly approached by shipyards throughout Taiwan and China to assist in different projects, but as the President, his loyalty is first and foremost to the success of yacht building at New Ocean Yachts.

Chi Shun-Chich, Director of Painting Department
Chi has more than 30 years of experience of all aspects of interior painting and varnishing jobs. His team of 70 workers all have extensive experience of providing painting and varnishing on prestigious yachts such as Horizon Yachts, Offshore Yachts and Hargrave yachts.

Xie Ma-Yi, Director of Mechanic & Plumbing Department
Highly qualified in his field, Xie has more than 30 years experience in mechanical and plumbing work in yacht construction. His team of 10 workers all come from a background that includes working on Hargrave yachts, Horizon Yachts, and Offshore Yachts.

Lin Kun-Liang, Manager of Carpentry Department
Previously in charge of carpentry for Horizon Yachts, Lin has more than 25 years experience in yacht carpentry. He is known for his excellent taste and innovative solutions for interior layout and construction.

Huang Xu-Ping, Manager of FRP department
The countries number one specialist in FRP technologies, Huang has over 25 years experience including manufacturing, lamination, resin infusion and vacuum bagging. His team of 25 workers were all previously performing FRP related services for Hargrave and Horizon Yachts.
